Smoked Paprika

Paprika is a good source of beta-carotene (which the body converts to vitamin A) - a single teaspoon of paprika can contain the equivalent of one third of an adult's daily requirement of vitamin A. Children need this important nutrient to support the healthy development of their eyes and vision.

Some people, mix paprika with henna to colour their hair red!
