Cornflour

Cornflour is gluten-free, and can be a good source of B vitamins, which are needed for the development of a healthy nervous system.

Cornflour is used to thicken sauces and is also used in baking.  However, you can have fun at home with cornflour.  Put some in a bowl, add a little bit of water and play with it, rub it in your hands or pick it up with a spoon. It looks hard on the spoon but it melts when you pour it!  It's really cool!
